HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 4497 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the third respondents in not issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds pursuant to the mutation in revenue records, inspite of repeated requests, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 12.04.2012 made by the petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that such a direction may be issued provided the petitioner fulfills all the statutory requirements. Without going into merits of the case and having regard to the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 12.04.2012 made by the petitioner seeking issuance of pattadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.17 guntas, Ac.0.16 guntas and Ac.0.18 guntas in Survey Nos.

1368/E2, 1368/E3 and 1368/E4 respectively, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if all the statutory requirements are fulfilled. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
