This Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of certiorari and to call for the records relating to proceedings in Crime No.94 of 2016 of PS Nagayalanka, Krishna District, and to quash the same.

Since the complaint is already registered and investigation is in progress, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation, but disposes of the Writ Petition with a direction to the third respondent to follow due process of law, including compliance with Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
