THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CRP No.2453 of 2008 ORDER:

This revision is preferred questioning order dated 09-02-2007 in I.A.No.375/2006 in O.S.No.26/1981 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Pulivendla, which was filed to condone delay of 284 days in representing the objections.

2. Advocate for revision petitioners represented that he has no instructions and information from the petitioners and that petitioners are not evincing any interest.

3. Though the revision is filed in the year 2008, no interest is evinced by the petitioners in prosecuting the case. Already the revision was dismissed against RR 5, 7, 8 10, 11 & 15 for non- compliance of the

order dated 21-08-2014.

4. Considering these aspects, this revision is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this civil revision petition, shall stand dismissed.
