HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 1681 of 2015 ORDER:
The petitioners herein are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.146 of 2013 on the file of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District.
They filed the aforesaid suit for permanent injunction. Along with the said suit, they also filed I.A.No.445 of 2013 seeking temporary injunction. Though the trial Court initially granted an ad-interim injunction, the same was vacated later by order dated 28.04.2013. Against the said order, the petitioners herein carried the matter in appeal in CMA.No.48 of 2014 to the Court of learned IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B,.Nagar, who by order dated 27.02.2015 confirmed the orders of the trial Court dated 28.04.2013. The petitioners herein thus are not having injunction orders for the last two years. In the circumstances, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the trial Court-learned Junior Civil Judge, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.146 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 30.06.2017. It is
made clear that the trial Court shall dispose of the suit uninfluenced by the observations made in the orders passed in I.A.No. 445 of 2013 and CMA. No. 48 of 2014.
Subject to the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
