This writ petition is filed to declare the impugned proceedings No.F1/1990/2009, dated 10-01-2010 issued by the 2nd respondent regarding allotment of funds for SC/ST habitations and other habitations under NREGS ZPP Sector for the year 2009-2010 as illegal and arbitrary.

This Court granted interim order of status-quo initially for a period of one week and thereafter, extended from time to time and finally, on 1503-2010, it was extended for a period of three weeks. By afflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive, as the period for which the funds were allotted was already expired.

Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
