The contempt case is filed seeking to punish the I i respondent under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts i ;
Act, 197 l, for deliberate and willful disobedience in implementing the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.43204 of 2016, dated 14.12.2O16 2.
No representation on behalf of the petitioner in the morning and aJternoon sessions. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondent.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader basing on the instructions submits that pursuant to rhe order passed by this Court dated 74.12.2016 in W.P.No.432O4 of 2016, the respondent-authorities considered the clarm of the petitioner and issued proceedings. No.Bl322/20 17, dated 15.05.2017. A copy of the said proceedings is placed before this Court.
In view of the compliance of the order dated 14' l2'2Q16' no further adjudication is required.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
