Mr.P.V.Srinivasa Rao appearing for the 1st respondent/ plaintiff places on record the order dated 23.12.2016, whereunder the 1st respondent/ plaintiff was permitted to withdraw O.S.No.6 of 2011. Having regard to the above circumstances, the prayer in the Civil Revision Petition need not be considered. The Civil Revision Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
