THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8182 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime (FIR) No.75 of 2018 on the file of Karimnagar III Town Police Station, Karimnagar Town, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506 IPC. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submits that the police after investigation filed charge sheet on 31.05.2018, which is registered as C.C.No.954 of 2018, and therefore, the cause in this petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application if advised.

Miscellaneous Petition, if any pending, in this case, shall stand dismissed.
