When this case was listed on 04.11.2016, none appeared for the petitioner. Hence the matter was directed to be listed on 18.11.2016 under the caption 'for dismissal". Even to day also, though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', none appeared for the petitioner nor is any representation made on behalf of the petitioner. In the circumstances, this Court has no option except to dismiss the Civil Revision Petition for non prosecution.
