HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P. No. 27599 of 2018 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to comply with the order dated 12.02.2014 in O.A.No. 9912 of 2011 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, whereby the official respondents were directed to regularize the services of the petitioners in the existing vacancies / future vacancies of Class-IV from the date of on which they have completed 5/ 10 years of service as per G.O.Ms.No. 212, F & P Dept., dated 22.04.1994 subject to their fulfilling conditions of the said G.O. It is made clear that the petitioners shall not be entitled to arrears of pay, but they are entitled to notional fixation of pay. It is further directed that the exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents have neither challenged the impugned order which has attained finality, nor complied with the same. Keeping in view the averments made in the writ affidavit and the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, we hereby direct the officials respondents to

SKK,J & AKS,J WP_27599_2018 comply with the order dated 12.02.2014 in O.A.No. 9912 of 2011 passed by the Tribunal, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already complied with.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
