In these two writ petitions, petitioners claim that they rendered service for more than five years by 25.11.1993 and eligible for regularization. However, their eligibility is not recognized on the ground that part of the service was rendered by them while they were minors, calling it as 'Boy service'.

3.

In view of the said orders of University, writ petitions are disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the claims of the petitioners to regularize their services treating the entire service rendered by them including 'boy-service' as eligibility service of five years as on 25.11.1993 and grant consequential benefits flowing out of such consideration.
