ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in implementing the orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.16190 of 2016 in W.P.No.12924 of 2016, dated 04.07.2016, and it reads as under:

"This Court is satisfied that pursuant to the representations of Sri Venkateswara TTD Forest Workers Union, Tirumala Tirupati, dated 7.9.2015 and 1.10.2016, the Government issued Memo No.6816/Endts.III/A2/2015, dated 9.11.2015 directing the Executive Officer to examine and take a decision in the matter under intimation to the Government.

Hence, the 1st respondent is directed to take a decision in terms of the said Memo dated 9.11.2015 within a period of three months from today and communicate the decision to the Government as well as to the said Sri Venkateswara Forest Workers Union, pending disposal of the writ petition."

After passing the said order, it appears, the respondent took the decision on 21.11.2016 in terms of Memo of the Government dated 9.11.2015 and the interim order stated above, communicated the same to the Principal Secretary to the Government and marked a copy to the petitioners.

As the interim order has been complied with, this Court sees no willful disobedience on the part of the respondent. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed.
