Gajjala Anitha , Avani v. The State Of A.P
SMT. JUSTICE T. RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 8164 OF 2018 O R D E R :
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1, A-2 and A-3 under section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No. 236 of 2018 of Station House Officer, Kovvur Police Station, S.P.S.R. Nellore district, registered for the offences punishable under section 452, 341, 354, 509 read with section 34 of I.P.C.
2. Heard Sri G.L. Nageswar Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners/A-1 to A-3 and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State.
3. As per the case of prosecution, A-3 misbehaved with the defacto-complainant and she informed the same to her husband and then her husband and herself took A-3 beating him to the Police Station and returned home after handing over A-3 in the Police Station. After returning home, A-1 and A-2, who are mother and cousin of A-3 came to the house of the victim and abused her in filthy language and assaulted her. They also threatened her.
4. Hence, considering the nature of the allegations, this Court opines that it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/A-1 to A-3.
5. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
6. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
