HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40018 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not conducting any investigation and arresting the accused in F.I.R.No.181 of 2012 dated 11.10.2012 on a complaint made by the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home on the basis of the instructions submits that the investigation was completed and final report was also filed before the competent Court on 08.01.2014.

3. In view of the same, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, it is open to the petitioner to take necessary steps in accordance with law in view of the submission of the final report before the competent Court.
