THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2507 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non implementation of the order, dated 12.07.2016, in W.P.M.P.No.27707 of 2016 in W.P.No.22529 of 2016.

This Court granted interim direction, for consideration of sanction of pension and other pensinoary benefits to the petitioner, in the light of proceedings, dated 27.10.2005, by suspending the impugned order, dated 12.05.2016. Now, it is stated that pursuant to the said interim order, pension has been sanctioned to the petitioner.

In view of the same, it is not necessary to continue the present Contempt Case and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
