HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI CMA NO. 806 of 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by the order, dated 15.7.2015 rejecting interim injunction order in I.A.No. 801 of 2015 pending OS No. 413 of 2015 filed for specific performance of agreement of sale, the present appeal is filed by the unsuccessful plaintiff/appellant. At the hearing Mr. V. Ramakrishna Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant, submitted that the trial of the suit has already commenced. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2015, it would be in the interest of both the parties, if the same is disposed of by the lower court at an early date.

Accordingly the lower court is directed to dispose of O.S.No. 413 of 2015 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till the disposal of the suit, the respondent/defendant shall not create fresh third party rights in the suit schedule property. Subject to the above directions, this appeal is disposed of.
