O R D E R

(Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition arises out of the order dated 29.04.2010 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (hereinafter, 'the Tribunal'), in O.A.No.2761 of 2005, which was the subject matter of Review M.A.No.1475 of 2010 in O.A.No.2761 of 2005 which was disposed of by the Tribunal vide order dated 07.06.2012. Both orders are subjected to challenge presently.

It may be noted that the aforestated order dated 07.06.2012 was common to several review M.As., one of which was Review M.A.No.1476 of 2010 in O.A.No.1984 of 2005. This Court had occasion to consider the aforestated order in relation to the above mentioned Review M.A. in W.P.No.36387 of 2012. By order dated 30.04.2018, this Court allowed the said writ petition setting aside the common order dated 29.04.2010 and the order dated 07.06.2012 passed by the Tribunal in so far as they related to the petitioner in that case and directed that his commencement of probation should be treated as 07.02.1992 and not as 17.06.1994, the altered date. For reasons alike as were mentioned in the aforestated order dated 30.04.2018 passed in W.P.No.36387 of 2012 and in terms thereof, this writ petition is allowed setting aside the common order dated 29.04.2010 and the order dated 07.06.2012 passed by the Tribunal in so far as they relate to the petitioner. The altered date of probation shall not be given effect in so far as the petitioner is concerned. The authorities shall restore his provisional

seniority without taking into account the altered date of commencement of his probation.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
