This contempt case is filed alleging disobedience of order dt.21.8.2013 in W.P. No.12827 of 2013.

Vide separate order passed by this Court today in Review W.P.M.P. No.26150 of 2015 in W.P. No.12827 of 2013, the above mentioned order passed in the writ petition was recalled and the writ petition was restored to the file. In view of the same, the respondents cannot be held guilty of disobedience of the order passed in the writ petition.

The contempt case is accordingly closed.
