This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash the proceedings against them in F.I.R.No.35 of 2017 of Bapatla Town Police Station, Guntur.

I.A.No.1 of 2018 is filed seeking to withdraw the above Criminal Petition.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the parties have settled their disputes outside of the Court. So, the petitioners do not want to proceed with the criminal petition. Under these circumstances, there is nothing to adjudicate. Accordingly, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
