This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 of , t Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/Accused No.2 seeking bail in the i event of his arrest in connection with Crime No.6l8 of 2023 on the hle of Saroornagar Police Station, Rachakonda, registered I for the offences under Sections 364-A,367,332 and 385 r/w. 34 of IPC.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

This Court by order dated 12.10.2023 refused to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

I-earned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is suffering with ill health, as such, he may be granted the relief of anticipatory bail.

Petitioner suffering with ill health cannot considered as changed circumstance.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
