ORDER

The Petitioners pray for the following relief : .... ... to issue a writ, direction, order or orders more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the actions of the Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3 for not considering my complaint dated 23.05.2017 and not registering the same against Respondent No.4 and 5 as illegal, abuse of process of law and consequently direct the Respondents to register the FIR and to complete the investigation ... ... The Assistant Government Pleader (Home) submits that adverting to the same set of allegations, a complaint was given on 16.10.2017 and the same is registered as FIR 173/2017 by 3rd respondent. The prayer refers to inaction in registering FIR . The FIR is registered with the registration No. 173/2017. The prayer is substantially worked out.

The counsel for Petitioner submits that having regard to the precarious condition in which the 2nd petitioner has to live in, prays for directions for expeditious investigation as well. After perusing the complaint and taking due note thereof this Court is of the considered view that the matter requires attention of 3rd respondent. Hence, investigation is taken up and completed, as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. The Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, stand closed. ___________ S.V.BHATT,J 16.11.2017 JR
