HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11622 of 2015 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the DVC No.8 of 2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Wanaparthy, Mahaboobnagar, was disposed of and therefore, this Criminal Petition which is filed against the interim order in Crl.M.P.No.637 of 2014 in DVC No.8 of 2014 cannot be independently maintainable and therefore, he requests the Court to close the Criminal Petition.

There is no representation for 2nd respondent. Considering the submission of learned counsel for petitioner, this Criminal Petition is closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
