THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 5788 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in harassing the petitioner by frequently calling him to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against him.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 02.07.2016 and based on the same, an entry was made in the General Diary. However, with regard to the allegation of interference, it is stated as follows:

"It is pertinent to submit that at no point of time, respondent Nos.2 and 3 never interfered with the life and liberty of the petitioner nor summoned him to the police station and asked him to pay the amount to respondent No.4 or made him to sit in the police station for hours together as alleged."

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
