This Court by order dated 14.2.2014 disposed of Writ Petition directing the first respondent-District Collector (LA) West Godavari district to consider and pass appropriate orders on representation of the petitioners dated 29.1.2013 duly taking note of orders passed in G.O.Ms No. 357 dated 22.3.2013. Learned Government Pleader submits that order of this Court dated 14.2.2014 is complied with and produced copy of the proceedings dated 3.4.2015 whereby request of the petitioners was rejected. In view of compliance of the order of this Court, the contempt case is closed. However, it is always open for the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law against the decision taken vide proceedings dated 3.4.2015.
