Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Government Pleader for Services appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioner who is working as Civil Assistant Surgeon in Community Health Centre, Armoor had filed a representation on 05.12.2015 to the 2nd respondent seeking consideration of his case for notional promotion as Deputy Civil Surgeon and Civil Surgeon with effect from the date of promotion to his juniors. 3.
Counsel for the petitioner states that the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's representation within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.05.12.2015 within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
