When the matter is called, Sri N.A. Ramachandra Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, the 2nd respondent, submit that the subject matter of the Writ Petition is covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.No.25188 of 2016, dated 01.08.2016, wherein this Court directed to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' application submitted for regularization.

Having regard to the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the application, dated 10.01.2016, submitted by the petitioner for regularisation of his Plot No.233A in Survey Nos.7P and 8P of Guttala Begumpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in accordance with the Rules framed in G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 02.11.2015, and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
