THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAGHVENDRA SINGH CHAUHAN AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD F.C.A.NO.81 OF 2007 JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan} By order dated 14.03.2019, this Court had made it amply clear that in case Mr. V.S.R.Anjaneyulu, the learned counsel for the appellant, does not appear on the next date, this appeal shall be dismissed for non-prosecution. Even on an earlier occasion on 11.02.2019, the learned counsel for the appellant was absent. Even today, he continues to be absent.
Therefore, this appeal is, hereby, dismissed for non-prosecution.
There shall be no order as to costs.
