The learned Counsel for the petitioner/ accused reports that he may be permitted to withdraw the present Criminal Revision Case with liberty to file appropriate application before the Trial Court seeking to recall non-bailable warrant and to direct the Trial Court to consider the same and to pass appropriate orders thereon. The learned Counsel for the petitioner / accused also reports that earlier ie., on 13.8.2018 Criminal Revision Case No.2088/ 2018 was also dismissed as withdrawn on the same lines. 2.

Permission is accorded with liberty as sought for. 3.

In the result, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Trial Court seeking to recall non-bailable warrant issued against her. If such an application is filed, the Trial Court is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.
