THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3951 OF 2017 ORDER:

Learned counsel Sri N. Krishna Sumanth appearing on behalf of learned counsle Sri B. Vijaysen Reddy reported no objection to allow the revision, subject to issuing direction to the Appellate Court to dispose of the appeal within stipulated time frame and endorsed the same on the case bundle. In view of the request made by then learned counsel Sri N. Krishna Sumanth, this civil revision petition is allowed while directing the Appellate Court to dispose of the appeal, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the result, the civil revision petition is allowed. Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
