HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10077 of 2014 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.132 of 2014 of Tallada Police Station, Khammam District registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 I.P.C.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the prosecution agency filed the charge sheet after investigation and the petition since filed against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say the further remedy, if any, is left open to the petitioners.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
