Learned counsel for the appellant states that he has made efforts to contact the appellant by sending her a notice intimating about the pendency of the appeal. The said notice has been returned as refused. He states that the appellant has not been contacting him and even has not given any instructions.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the present appeal, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution along with the pending applications, if any.
