This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the order, dated 27-10-2009 in M.C.No.36 of 2008 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Alamuru, East Godavari District as confirmed by order, dated 09-02-2010 in C.R.P.No.93 of 2009 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry.

2. Both counsel submitted that 1st respondent is no more. They further submitted that the very purpose of filing this petition has become infructuous.
