When the matter is taken up, written instructions furnished by the Deputy Commissioner, Circle No.15, Abids, Hyderabad, are placed on record by Sri L.Venkateshwar Rao, learned Standing for the respondent-Corporation. In the said written instructions, dated 04.08.2018, it is stated that in view of the objections raised by the TRT Quarters Welfare Residents Society, Jawahar Nagar, RTC Cross Roads, Hyderabad and others, a decision is taken to locate the Office of the Power Company in an alternative accommodation.

The said written instructions are placed on record and the Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
