The case of the petitioners is that the appeal filed by them vide File No.B2/953/2015 before the 4th respondent is pending. Against the same, earlier the petitioners filed W.P.No.17108 of 2015 and the said writ petition was dismissed holding that the case was posted for orders on 31.03.2015 and that the appellate authority is on the verge of pronouncing the final orders. Later the petitioners also filed WPMP.No.25084 of 2016 to clarify that to take further steps in the event of not passing any orders by the appellate authority and the said MP was ordered clarifying the petitioners to pursue the remedy available under law in the event of not passing orders by the appellate authority. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.
Heard both sides.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, the concerned authority is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after issuing notice to the affected parties.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
