CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.2767 of 2010 Dt:05.10.2018 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"... to issue a writ order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of Prohibition to prevent the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II, Hyderabad, in entertaining C.C.No.584 of 2009 and from usurping its jurisdiction with which it is not legally vested and to confine within limits of its jurisdiction and by declaring the action of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-II, Hyderabad, is nothing but exceeding its jurisdiction which is arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution of India."
At the hearing, Mr. Srikanth Hariharan, learned counsel representing Mr. V.Hariharan, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court.
In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as settled out of Court.
