This criminal petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.153 of 2017 of Rayadurgam Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 406, 420, 452, 506, 509 and 120B of IPC and 156(3) of Cr.P.C and Sections 3(5), 10 and 13 of the A.P. Money Laundering Act.

After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners requested this Court to permit the petitioners to surrender before the Magistrate concerned and on such surrender, if any application is filed for grant of bail, the Magistrate concerned may be directed to decide the said application on the same day.

In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, without touching the merits of the case, I deem it appropriate to permit the petitioners to surrender before the Magistrate concerned, if any application is filed to enlarge them on bail after serving notice on respondent, the Magistrate concerned is requested to decide the application filed by the petitioners on the same day. With the above observation, this criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
