THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1780 of 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the 3rd defendant in O.S.No.446 of 1994 on the file of Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar. The said suit was decreed ex parte on 27.09.2006 and for setting aside the ex parte decree, the petitioner herein filed I.A.No.2402 of 2006 in O.S.No.446 of 1994 and the same was dismissed on 31.12.2007. Against the said order, the petitioner preferred C.M.A.No.7 of 2012, which is pending before the Court of XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Malkajgiri at Neredmet.

2. It appears that in the said appeal, the petitioner filed I.A.S.R.No.17018 of 2008 seeking stay of further proceedings in O.S.No.446 of 1994. But, it was returned for complying with the office objections. However, the present revision petition is directed for disposal of the said I.A.S.R.17018 of 2008 filed for stay of all further proceedings in O.S.No.446 of 1994.

3. Now learned counsel for the petitioner himself stated that C.M.A.No.7 of 2012 was heard and orders were reserved two weeks back. This Court by order, dated 01.05.2012, granted stay of all further proceedings in E.P.No.228 of 2009 in O.S.No.446 of 1994 on the file of Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District and the said stay shall continue till disposal of C.M.A.No.7 of 2012. The learned XVI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Malkajgiri, who reserved C.M.A.No.7 of 2012 for orders, is directed to pronounce the order on or before 31.12.2015.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
