Heard both sides.

The revision is disposed of directing the learned I Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Ibrahimpatnam, Ranga Reddy District, where the suit O.S.No.1060 of 2013 for permanent injunction is pending along with temporary injunction application I.A.No.678 of 2013 to dispose of the temporary injunction petition within two months from the date of receipt of the order.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
