The compliant of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that Respondents 2 to 4 - police officials have not been taking any action in Crime No. 396 of 2016 on the file of Nellore Rural Police Station and also have not been considering her representation dated 29.05.2017.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) has secured written instructions from the Inspector of Police, Nellore Rural Police Station and submits that the petitioner has civil disputes with his neighbour Sri Krishna Reddy in respect of a house property situated in Cherukuru Village, Nellore Rural Mandal which is the subject matter of O.S. No. 488 of 2010 before the I Additional Senior Civil Judge's Court at Nellore. However, the learned Government Pleader submits, pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Crime No. 396 of 2016 has been registered on the file of Nellore Rural Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 427, 379 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code against the said Krishna Reddy and two others and after completion of investigation thereinto, a charge sheet has also been filed before the IV Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class Court at Nellore on 14.07.2017.

In the light of the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
