Since this writ petition is filed seeking regularization of the services of petitioner in A.P. Public Health & Family Welfare Department, this writ petition is not maintainable before this Court and it has to be filed before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
