After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to avail statutory remedies against the change of names in 1-B Register of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 2.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
