THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No. 15253 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No. 2 in proposing to conduct auction on 29-05-2013 vide auction notice dated 12-05-2013 in respect of land in an extent of Ac. 2.23 cents situated in survey No. 476/1 of Manduru Village, Tsunduru Mandal, Guntur District, without issuing Form-2 notice as illegal and arbitrary.

As seen from the record, the said auction notice is for a period of three years from 2013-14 to 2015-16 and the said period has already expired. Hence, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
