This revision is preferred against the order in I.A.No.44 of 2013 filed under Section 5 of Limitation Act with a prayer to condone the delay of 14Og days in filing application to set aside the dismissal order dated O4.O8.2OO9. However, the said application was dismissed by the trial Court on 03.09.2013.
