O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar in considering the application of the petitioner dated 15.3.2016 in form VI-A of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pas Books Act, 1971 and the Rules made there under, for mutation of their names in the revenue records, the present writ petition has been filed. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that the petitioners have not made application through concerned Mee Seva Centre. In view of the above facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission giving liberty to the petitioners to file necessary application in Form VI-A of the Act and the Rules made there under, through Mee Seva Centre concerned and thereupon the 3rd respondent shall consider the same in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed. AVS ------------------------------------ 30-09-2016
