This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in calling the petitioner to the Police Station, Karimnagar II Town at the instance of respondent No.4 without any complaint against him as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions submits that basing on the complaint dt. 28.06.2018 given by one Mr. Syed Arif, a case in Cr.No.273 of 2018 was registered against the petitioner for the offences under Sections 420 and 506 IPC and the investigation is at initiate stage and other allegations are denied. Further, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that a Notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was issued and the same is disputed by the petitioner.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Police to issue Notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., if not already issued.

The miscellaneous petition, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
