When the matter was listed on 28-01-2016, there is no representation for the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal. Even when the matter was listed on 25-02-2016, there was no representation in the morning and after-noon session and the matter was directed to be listed under the same caption.

Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner in the morning and after noon session.
