THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.27283 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "....to issue any Writ, order or direction more especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents 2 to 4 in failing to Register the Complaint of the Petitioner Dt.22-07-2018 against the 5th Respondent and his henchmen in violating the Decree of Injunction granted in O.S.No.406/2016, Dt.27-10-2016 on the file of XIV Additional District and Sessions Judge, R.R. District at L.B. Nagar as illegal, un Constitutional and against the Provisions of Law and consequently direct the Respondents 2 to 4 to forthwith grant Police Protection to the Petitioner to protect his Possession and Enjoyment of the Schedule Property Admeasuring Ac.1.00 Gts. in Sy.No.251/8/E situated at Vattinagulapally Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, R.R. District by registering the Complaint of the Petitioner Dt.22-07-2018 and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case." 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though he made a complaint, dated 22.07.2018, to respondent No.4-The Station House Officer, Gachi Bowli Police Station, seeking police protection, no action has been taken till date.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has not made the relief of police protection in the complaint, dated 22.07.2018.

In view of the above submissions made by both parties, it is open for the petitioner to approach the concerned authorities with proper application and upon such application being made by the petitioner, the concerned authorities are directed to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
