THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE N. BALAYOGI Criminal Petition No. 13719 of 2013 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in crime No.217 of 2013 of W.P.S., Charminar, Hyderabad (on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad).

Learned Public Prosecutor filed a letter dated 20.2.2018 addressed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, WPS, South Zone, Hyderabad, to the Public Prosecutor, reporting that in this case chargesheet was filed and the cognizance was taken and the case was numbered as C.C.No.105 of 2014 against A1 to A5 and C.C. No.468 of 2015 against A6 to A8 and P.T. Warrants were issued against the accused.

Since the investigation has already been completed, cognizance was taken and the case was numbered, nothing survives in the criminal petition to adjudicate and it has become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
