The case of the petitioner is that she is the absolute owner of the land in Sy.No.129/2A situated at Dammulluru Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Krishna District having purchased the same through registered sale deed vide document No.1219 of 2016. Thereafter, she made an application before the 3rd respondent on 05.03.2016 under Section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') for amending and updating the revenue records for mutation of her name as pattadar and also submitted form 6A for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed. As no action has been initiated by the 3rd respondent so far, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application made by the petitioner on 05.03.2016 in Form-6A in accordance with law and take action accordingly within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any shall stand closed.
