HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.23358 OF 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that her husband Nalisetty Sudheer died in a motor accident on 14.06.2012 and that he took LIC policies vide Policy Nos.843643539 and 84478117 for a sum of Rs.1 lakh and 10 lakhs respectively during his life time with the 3rd respondent and had paid the policy amount regularly. After demise of her husband the petitioner claimed the said amount under the above two policies, but the 3rd respondent repudiated the claim of the petitioner by its letter dated 01.02.2013. But, however in the last paragraph of the said letter the 3rd respondent stated that if the petitioner disagrees with their decision and feel that they have not considered any particular facts and circumstances in support of her claim, she may send her representation within a month for reconsideration of her claim to their Zonal Office.

In pursuance of the same, the petitioner submitted her representation dated 11.03.2016. As no orders are passed on the same present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Raj Kiran, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 11.03.2016 submitted by the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to

costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
